in Ottoland or at a location of your choosing.

You’ll receive:
– A personalized pre-reflection prompt to open the space
– A guided 1:1 deep mirror session with full presence and time to land
– A follow-up reflection with what surfaced — lovingly distilled
– Optional voice note check-in in the days after (because integration matters)
